Orders & Production

How are Glossed Tech products made?
All Glossed Tech products are made to order through our trusted production partner, PODbase. Each item is custom printed specifically for your order, helping us reduce waste and maintain premium quality standards.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipping. During peak seasons or promotions, production times may be slightly longer. You would typically receive the product in 14 -16 days, given they are made to order.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Because orders move into production quickly, once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.


Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We do our best to produce and fulfill all orders within 24 hours. After that, you'll need to consider shipping times. Keep in mind that these estimates come from our shipping partners and can change due to unexpected order volumes or shifts in the global supply chain.

EU 3-8 business days via Global Mail 1-3 business days via DHL express
USA 8-14 business days via Lithuania Post 2-3 business days via DHL express
World 8-14 business days via Global Mail 2-5 business days via DHL express

Example. If you order a phone case to France with economy shipping, it will take about 24-48 hours to produce and hand off to the shipping company. Depending on the region in France, delivery should take an additional 3-8 business days. So, the total time for production, fulfillment, and delivery will be around 4-9 business days.

Do you deliver to PO BOX?

Typically, only local shipping companies handle deliveries to PO Boxes (like postal services).Since we work with private shipping providers and some of our products are bulky, we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please make sure to provide a local home delivery address instead.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment.

Why is my order arriving in multiple packages?
Some products may be produced and shipped from different facilities, which can result in separate shipments.

Are your phone cases protective?
Yes. Our cases are designed to provide everyday protection against scratches, MINOR drops, and daily wear while maintaining a sleek, stylish appearance.

What materials are used in your products?

  • Phone Cases: Premium glossy printed finish
  • AirPods Cases: Durable glossy printed finish
  • Tablet Cases: Premium vegan Saffiano leather with custom printed design

Will the design fade over time?
Our products use high-quality printing technology designed to resist fading with normal use. Proper care will help maintain the appearance of your product.

Do your phone cases support wireless charging?
Most phone case models support wireless charging. Performance may vary depending on your device and charger.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Refund & Exchange Policy – Glossed Tech

All of our products are custom-made and printed on demand specifically for each order. Because of this, we maintain a strict refund and exchange policy to protect the integrity of our products and business operations. This policy is based on fulfillment guidelines and customized for Glossed Tech.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect device/model selections made by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong color/design
  • Minor color variations due to screen settings
  • Personalized or made-to-order products

Because every Glossed Tech item is custom-produced upon purchase, all sales are considered final.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • damaged,
  • defective,
  • misprinted,
  • or you received the wrong item,

please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number,
  • a description of the issue,
  • and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly offer:

  • a replacement item, or
  • a refund if a replacement cannot be provided.

Items reported outside of the claim window may not qualify for replacement or refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please reach out to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • we are not responsible for lost deliveries,
  • and reshipping fees may apply.

Return Shipping

Glossed Tech does not provide prepaid return labels.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment system. Glossed Tech does not store your credit card information.
